Last Post: Our economy started to tank in 2006 when the democrats took over congress, they were very good at blaming the president, who did not defend himself, know when they destroy our economy and our liberty’s and freedom they will again blame president bush and people will again believe them because the media has taken control of american thought by deciding which issues are going to be reported and who is going to be elected. Last Post: We’ve incorporated it into some of our sex play. If you will suspend what you think of as fact from the left wing media and do some research you will find that the reality of it is that the poor and middle class got a bigger tax cut under bush’s plan than they ever will under obama. As for the oil companies they do get several millions in tax breaks and they do make billions of dollars off a profit margin of approximately 7 cents per gallon of gas, the govt gets 22 cents a gallon for unleaded and 42 cents a gallon for diesel, they don’t force us to drive to starbucks 5 times a day, the more we drive, the more they produce the more they make. I have a friend that is retired from the oil industry and now consults for them and he showed me some confidential spreadsheets that show that the oil companies pay about 1.4 billion in taxes for every billion they keep in net profits, those figures are just relate

Last Post: If you think oil is badly subsidiezed you should look at things like sugar and other grocery products. An oil companies profit margin is under ten percent and they make their profits off of massive volume, grocery stores and other retail have a profit margin or twenty five percent or more per item. Sugar is tariffed and subsidized so that it has to be sold for the same price as a store buys it for with no chance of profit ever, this was done to protect the american sugar industry and keep out competition but the end result is we pay more for sugar than anyone in the world and that is why we are using so much of the bad but cheap high fructose corn syrup in everything we eat. Rich folk may consume more but they also produce more for all of us, why is it that the left believes the worker is the only good person out there and the employer has to be evil by default.
